Abigail Wighton has been studying voice for 15 years. She has also formally studied acoustic guitar, piano and music theory. She is an active singer-songwriter working in the Sydney music scene and surrounding regions.

Abigail completed her Bachelor of Music through the Australian Institute of Music in 2019 where she studied contemporary performance with a focus on singing and songwriting.

She offers private music lessons in Sydney’s inner west.

She is a warm, engaging and patient teacher who is passionate about helping people of all ages explore their creativity and self-expression in a safe environment. She particularly enjoys encouraging children, women and non-binary people in their exploration of music as a creative outlet. She has a current professional Working With Children Check and is a member of the Australian National Association of Teachers of Singing.
